Our firm wide, but Derby based, Transport team operates from what could arguably be called the Transport epicentre of the UK. Certainly within the rail industry our team has been at the heart of developments within the industry from privatisation through to the rolling stock procurement contracts, rail access agreements and component supply contracts which are the day to day concerns of the rail operators.
However it is not only the rail industry that our Transport team can claim experience in, we also represent both airlines and airports on a variety of legal matters as well as users of the UK Road network including coach operators and road hauliers on their legal responsibilities.
