Roman is the head of our Commercial team in the Midlands.
His work at the firm has included advising on all aspects of railway and energy law, public procurement for utility and public bodies, contract hire for vehicles and plants, outsourcing of services and managed service agreements and utility contracts.
He also has expertise in collaboration and consortia agreements and operation and maintenance agreements. Roman studied law at the University of Nottingham and obtained a Diploma in International Law from the University of Vienna. |
