Michael is established as a leading lawyer in the field of intellectual property dispute resolution, acting for clients in patent, trade mark, design, copyright, database right and breach of confidence disputes in civil and criminal courts and also at the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office (UK-IPO).
He is an Associate of both the Chartered Institute Of Patent Attorneys and the Institute Of Trade Mark Attorneys, and a registered legal practitioner at the European Patent Office. He is also an experienced transactional IP lawyer.
Michael is a law graduate of the University of Birmingham, and enjoys cooking, cricket, road cycling (from an armchair) and Portsmouth FC.
