Emma advises clients on the full range of employment law issues.
She is an experienced employment tribunal advocate and has acted for a number of local authorities in the conduct of complex equal pay litigation involving claims from thousands of employees. She also has particular expertise in the areas of Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Emma joined Geldards as a trainee solicitor after obtaining a first class degree in Law from Cardiff University. Emma is a trustee of national charity Breast Cancer Care and runs a local breast cancer support group in Cardiff called Breastfriends.
