Ed heads up our Property Disputes And Management team in Wales. They handle contentious property issues and property management matters for a diverse national client-base.
The property dispute work includes High Court and County Court litigation for landlords, tenants, developers, owners of land (owner occupiers and/or investors) and utilities.
Ed has also acted for clients in cases that have been pursued to the Court of Appeal, House of Lords and Supreme Court. Ed’s extensive experience is also used in an effort to avoid disputes for clients and/or to seek an early solution. For example, by representing clients at alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediations.
He joined Geldards as a trainee in 1991 and became a partner in 2002. He is a graduate of the University Of The West Of England and in his spare time is a keen cricketer and golfer.
He captained Cardiff Cricket Club from 1999-2000 and is a member of Royal Porthcawl Golf Club and Llanishen Golf Club. Ed is a full member of The Lord’s Taverners charity and is Chairman of the Welsh Region. |
