A former partner of Geldards, David is now of counsel to the firm and remains closely associated with our successful German Team.
He is a fully licensed insolvency practitioner specialising in private international law, insolvency and cross border transactions and jurisdictional issues. David is a recognised expert in alternative dispute resolution and is a qualified mediator. He is a contributor to specialist insolvency publications and lectures regularly on cross border insolvency and international dispute resolution.
With a wealth of experience in cross border matters, he is an active member of the Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry and held the office of President for the period 2005/2006. He is also a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. |
