Holly Walker

Holly specialises in advising a wide range of lenders, including several of the major Banks and Building Societies, on property funding matters. She also advises on the property aspects of corporate transactions and acts for developers, investors and end-users and has experience in all aspect of commercial real estate work.
A law graduate from Cardiff University, Holly began her legal career in Newmarket, as a trainee solicitor for a niche law firm, in the hub of the horse racing industry.
She joined Geldards in 2006 and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2007. Holly sits on the committee for the Women’s Real Estate Network (WREN) and she is also a member of Nottingham Women in Construction.
