The Healthcare team at Law firm Geldards advised both parties on the deal. Nick Burgess, Managing Director of Taylor Hogan said: "The deal has allowed us to restructure the group and through establishing a relationship with the Co-operative Bank, will assist us in expanding our operations throughout the East Midlands and into South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
